How can I add my hotel in your database?
To add your hotel, you need to get registered (a simple and easy process). Then, in your Account, choose the menu item My hotels, then click the link Add/modify a hotel at the bottom of the page. To add a hotel, you will need to put a link to Earth-Hotels.com at your hotel website.
In your hotel page, you can indicate a direct link to your website, your phone/fax and email address. This will allow direct bookings of your hotel.
Do I need to pay for inclusion of my hotel(s)?
No. Inclusion is 100% free.
What listing options do you have?
There are 3 types of free-of-charge listings available at Earth-Hotels.com for hotels:
1. Raw Listing

Your hotel data has been saved into the system. Your hotel page is NOT visible on the Web. No contact information such as phone, email or website is shown, no booking link is provided. Visitors cannot book your hotel. Your hotel is not shown in the list of hotels for your city. No Earth Hotels front page listing available in the Last Added Hotels section. This is a wait-to-be-approved mode.
2. Regular listing, free of charge

Your hotel page is visible, all contact details such as website, phone, fax, email are visible to visitors. The booking link leads directly to your hotel. Your hotel is visible in the list of hotels for your city, shown always at the BOTTOM of the list. No Feature options available. No Earth Hotels front page listing available in the Last Added Hotels section.
2. Featured listing, free of charge

The best listing possible. All details of your hotel are shown, direct links to the hotel website and booking page are shown. The hotel is visible on TOP of the list of hotels in your city or territory as a Featured Hotel (in different color to stand out of the crowd). The TOP position is preserved regardless of the sorting modes (by rate, alphabet or star rating). The hotel is added to the Last Added Hotels section on the front page of Earth Hotels.com
